Job Summary: Reed is seeking a skilled HR Systems Administrator to join their HRIS team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting data requests, system maintenance, and ongoing analytical work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support data requests by utilizing reporting systems, manipulating data using Excel, and providing data in a requested format that adds value.
- Perform ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of associated data held within the HR Systems.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance how key data is provided to the business.
- Triage, escalate, and resolve queries received by the HR Systems Team contact points.
- Support with back-office administration tasks, such as invoicing and relevant IT requests.
- Work closely with the Senior HR Systems Analyst to improve and enhance HR's Systems.
Requirements:
- Previous experience using reporting tools.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet business demands.
- Experience using Oracle would be an advantage.
- Experience within previous HR roles.
