Job Title: HR Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to provide comprehensive administration support to the HR Manager, across all aspects of HR, working together to ensure a high-quality HR service is delivered to the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
  • Administration for starters and leavers: Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process, including updating HR systems and providing necessary documentation.
  • Learning and Development: Support the development of employees through training and development programs.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • International Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage international payroll and benefits administration, including ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including setting goals and objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
  • Health and Well-being: Support the health and well-being of employees, including providing resources and support for mental health and wellness.
  • People-related Concerns: Assist with resolving people-related concerns, including grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • HR Systems: Maintain and update HR systems, including HR software and databases.

Requirements:

  • Previous HR experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • MS Office: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
