- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, adhering to policy and legal requirements.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Review employment and working conditions to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Help organize and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Employee Support: Provide support to employees on HR-related topics, such as leaves, compensation, and resolving employee issues.
- HR Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies to support business objectives.
- HR Metrics and Analysis: Gather and analyze data on HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates, to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 3 Qualified: Possess a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- HR Experience: Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- HR Systems and Databases: Knowledge of HR systems and databases, including HRIS.
- Data Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
- Employment Laws and Disciplinary Procedures: Good understanding of employment laws and disciplinary procedures.
- MS Office and HRIS: Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
- Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
