Fidarsi is partnering with an established Wealth Manager based in West Sussex to recruit a part-time HR Generalist for 21 hours a week.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks to support the overall functioning of the HR department and the group. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.

The role serves as a key contact for employees and management, facilitating communication and addressing HR-related issues. The HR Generalist also creates and implements HR policies and initiatives, promoting employee engagement and fostering a supportive company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Employee relations and performance management
  • Benefits administration and HR policy implementation

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of running HR processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR policy
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Proficient IT skills in the Microsoft suite

Desirable Skills:

  • 1-year minimum recent experience in the human resources sector
  • Qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) are highly desirable
  • A basic knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services Industry
