Job Title: Senior Application Support Engineer

Location: Hybrid

Company: Fujitsu

We are in search of a proficient Senior Application Support Engineer to enhance our team, delivering exceptional application support and development solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving essential software applications within an Agile DevOps framework.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for applications
  • Conduct troubleshooting and manage issues effectively
  • Analyze and modify existing code as needed
  • Drive service enhancements and automation initiatives
  • Oversee release management and certification processes
  • Guide and mentor junior team members in their development

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Cloud Application support
  • Proficiency in Linux environments
  • Familiarity with messaging systems
  • Understanding of database query languages
  • Knowledge of scripting languages
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline deployments

Important Note: SC clearance eligibility is a requirement for this position.
