Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Specialist to join our team at Fujitsu. As a key member of our Agile DevOps team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional application support and development services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level application and system support, including enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver service improvements, including automation and release management.
  • Lead problem management and investigations, including creating and implementing solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, including cloud application support, Linux, messaging systems, database syntax, and scripting languages.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in DevOps/support roles, with a focus on applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to lead investigations and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • SC clearance eligibility.
