Job Overview

**Job Summary**

Fujitsu is seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Agile DevOps team, you will be responsible for delivering applications support and development services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders on application-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance application support and delivery.
  • Lead on problem management and investigations, including root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in DevOps and application support, with a strong understanding of cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent technical skills, including Linux, messaging systems, database syntax, and scripting languages.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline deployments and release management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
