Job Overview

**Job Summary**

Fujitsu is seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Agile DevOps team, you will be responsible for delivering applications support and development services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level application and system support, including enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver service improvements, including automation.
  • Lead on problem management and investigations, including HPIs.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues in their technical development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, including cloud application support, Linux, messaging systems, and scripting languages.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in DevOps/support roles, with a focus on applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • SC clearance eligibility.
