Job Overview

Fujitsu is seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Specialist to join our team as part of a hybrid-based role in Derry. As a key member of our Agile DevOps team, you will be responsible for delivering applications support and development services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd/3rd line support for applications, collaborating with customers and vendors to resolve issues.
  • Lead problem management and investigations, creating and implementing solutions to improve service delivery.
  • Enhance and fix bugs in critical software applications, utilizing scripting languages and CI/CD pipeline deployments.
  • Identify and deliver service improvements, including automation and release management.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Security Clearance

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to be eligible for SC clearance.
