Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Specialist to join our team at Fujitsu. As a key member of our Application Support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and development services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level application and system support, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver service improvements, including automation and process enhancements.
  • Lead on problem management and investigations, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and technical guides.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in DevOps and application support, with a strong background in cloud application support, Linux, and messaging systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with scripting languages, CI/CD pipeline deployments, and database syntax.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SC clearance.
