Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd/3rd line support for critical software applications, collaborating with customers and vendors to resolve complex issues.

  • Contribute to the enhancement of our applications, leveraging expertise in DevOps, cloud application support, Linux, database syntax, scripting languages, and CI/CD pipeline deployments.
