Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Applications and Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Fujitsu. As a key member of our Agile DevOps team, you will be responsible for delivering applications support and development services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and enhancements for critical software applications
  • Collaborate with customers and vendors to resolve complex technical issues
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Support the development and deployment of cloud-based applications
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field

Requirements

  • 2nd/3rd line support experience in applications
  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages, database syntax, and CI/CD pipeline deployments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
