Job Title: Senior Application Support Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Agile DevOps team, you will be responsible for delivering applications support and development services to our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams on application-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve application defects and improve overall system performance.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline support processes and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with vendors to resolve complex technical issues and negotiate service level agreements.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in DevOps/Support with a focus on applications.
  • Strong understanding of cloud application support, Linux, messaging systems, database syntax, and scripting languages.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline deployments and certificate management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
