Job Title: Senior Application Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team in either Derry/Londonderry or Letterkenny on a permanent basis. As a key member of our Technology team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality technical support to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level technical support to end-users and customers for software applications, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate complex application-related problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and usability.
  • Work closely with development teams to convey technical details of issues, contribute to bug identification, and assist in the release of patches and updates.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in application support, software troubleshooting, or a related technical role.
  • Experience with issue tracking and support ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common desktop applications.
