At FinTrU, we're seeking a skilled Senior Application Support Specialist to join our team in Derry/Londonderry or Letterkenny. As a key member of our Technology team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to our clients and employees.

With a strong background in application support and software troubleshooting, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the optimal performance and usability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support to end-users and customers for software applications.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate complex application-related problems.
  • Work closely with development teams to convey technical details of issues and contribute to bug identification.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in application support, software troubleshooting, or a related technical role.
  • Experience with issue tracking and support ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common desktop applications.
