We are in search of a proficient Senior Application Support Engineer to enhance our team dedicated to delivering exceptional application support and development solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of essential software applications within an Agile DevOps framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for applications
  • Engage in troubleshooting and effective problem resolution
  • Analyze and modify existing code as necessary
  • Drive service enhancements and automation initiatives
  • Manage release processes and certification
  • Guide and mentor junior team members in their development

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Cloud Application support
  • Proficiency in Linux environments
  • Familiarity with messaging systems
  • Understanding of database syntax
  • Knowledge of scripting languages
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline deployments

Note: Eligibility for SC clearance is a requirement for this position.
