Job Title: Senior Application Support Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Agile DevOps team, you will be responsible for delivering applications support and development services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd/3rd line support to customers and vendors
  • Lead problem management and investigations, including HPIs
  • Enhance and fix bugs in critical software applications
  • Identify and deliver service improvements, including automation
  • Experience in release management and certificate management
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues

Technical Skills:

  • Cloud Application support
  • Linux
  • Messaging systems - Event streaming
  • Database syntax
  • Scripting languages
  • CI/CD pipeline deployments

Requirements:

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to be eligible for SC clearance.
