HR Transformation Consultant
Venn Group is collaborating with a prominent organization aiming to enhance its change and transformation initiatives through the deployment of innovative HR systems. We are currently seeking a skilled HR Transformation Consultant who will be instrumental in defining the present and future landscape of the HR Operations division.
This engaging position places you at the center of our HR transformation strategy, working in tandem with diverse teams to guarantee the smooth execution of new systems and methodologies.
Your proficiency in effective communication, both virtually and face-to-face, will be crucial in ensuring our personnel are well-prepared to adapt to these advancements.
This role operates in a hybrid model, necessitating regular visits to our office, where you will collaborate with a team of professionals committed to excellence in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development: Spearhead the training initiatives for staff on new HR systems, ensuring they are proficient and confident in utilizing the latest tools and technologies; experience with HR-related systems, particularly in a financial services context, will be beneficial.
Change Implementation: Refine recruitment systems, policies, and procedures to integrate change throughout the organization, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal teams to grasp their requirements, providing expert guidance and support during the change process.
Virtual & In-Person Training: Conduct training sessions for large groups, both online and in person, tailoring your approach to accommodate various learning preferences.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all modifications and new systems comply with the rigorous regulations of the banking industry.
Continuous Improvement: Identify potential areas for enhancement in HR processes, fostering innovation and efficiency within the organization.
About You:
Banking Experience: You possess direct experience in the banking sector, with a comprehensive understanding of its unique challenges and regulatory frameworks.
Training Expertise: You have a proven history of delivering effective training programs, with the capability to engage and motivate large audiences.
Change Management: You are adept at managing organizational change, with a focus on HR systems and processes.
Strong Communicator: You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and effective manner.
Hybrid Working Flexibility: You are comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement, including regular travel to our office.
