Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Community Sports Facilitator to lead engaging football sessions within our Football Pathway and Schools initiatives. This role involves delivering a minimum of 28 hours of practical coaching each week, alongside fulfilling essential administrative tasks. You will be responsible for crafting dynamic session plans, identifying potential talent, and serving as the primary contact for participants' families.

Qualifications and Experience:

To excel in this position, you must possess:

  • Extensive knowledge of the football sector
  • Previous experience in delivering curriculum-based and extracurricular activities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit

Required Certifications:

  • UEFA C Licence
  • Valid FA Emergency Aid Certificate
  • Valid FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
