About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Coach to join our team at Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to our participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver coaching programs that meet the needs of our participants
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including participants, parents, and community partners
  • Contribute to the development of our coaching team, including mentoring and coaching colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in coaching and youth development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in coaching and youth development
