Job Summary

The Hummingbird Project is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Youth Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to young refugees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Line manage service leads, providing support and advice on complex cases.
  • Contribute to the overall management and delivery of services through regular supervision and coaching of project leads.
  • Develop and implement new services, monitoring and evaluating activities to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Work closely with the Founder-Director to ensure alignment with the organization's vision and goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing youth services or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
