Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Coach to facilitate high-quality football training sessions as part of our Football Pathway and Schools initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include conducting a minimum of 28 hours of practical coaching each week, while utilizing the remaining time for essential administrative tasks.

You will be expected to develop engaging session plans, identify emerging talent, and serve as the primary contact for parents.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of the football sector, with prior experience in delivering curriculum-based and extracurricular activities.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit are essential.

Required qualifications include:

  • UEFA C Licence
  • Valid FA Emergency Aid Certificate
  • Valid FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
