About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coach to join our team at the Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in delivering our programs and services, using the power of football to change lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to individuals and groups, focusing on personal development and skill improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including players, coaches, and community partners.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of our programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our participants and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven coaching experience, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality programs and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Knowledge of football and its role in community development, with a passion for using the sport to make a positive impact.
