The Hummingbird Project is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Youth Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to young refugees.
Key Responsibilities
- Line manage service leads, providing support and advice on complex cases
- Contribute to the overall management and delivery of services through regular supervision and coaching of project leads
- Develop and implement new services to meet the needs of young refugees
- Monitor and evaluate activities to ensure the highest standards of service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing youth services or programmes
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work with complex cases and provide support and advice to service leads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The Hummingbird Project is a youth-centred organisation that provides trauma-informed services and promotes youth-led action. We work with young refugees aged 14-25, providing support and services to help them thrive.
