About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Therapist to join our team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club. As a Sports Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality sports therapy services to our Girls' Academy, including assessing acute injuries, developing management plans, and reporting to the Girls' Academy Physiotherapist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sports therapy services to our Girls' Academy, including match day cover for under 12's to under 19's age groups and training sessions as needed.
  • Assess acute injuries and develop management plans to ensure optimal recovery and return to play.
  • Report all injuries, outcome measures, and treatment plans to the Girls' Academy Physiotherapist.
  • Work closely with the coaching staff to provide sports therapy support and guidance.
Requirements
  • BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy or Sports Therapy degree (or equivalent).
  • Membership with the Society of Sports Therapy.
  • Valid FA Safeguarding Workshop Certificate.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work on own initiative.
