We're a fast-growing agency seeking a talented videographer and editor to join our expanding content team. The successful candidate will be a creative and out-of-the-box thinker with excellent editing skills, able to collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality content.

Job Description

Role Overview

The primary role of this position is to shoot and edit a range of client projects, working closely with our content director to ideate, execute, and edit all content produced for our brands. This will involve collaborating with our post-production lead to manage projects effectively and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various client projects.
  • Work closely with the content director to develop and execute content strategies.
  • Collaborate with the post-production lead to manage projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software and technologies.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in video production, including planning, shooting, and editing.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, ideally DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of 2D motion design and 3D motion design skills a bonus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in short-form and social-first video editing is essential.

Previous agency experience is a plus, but we're open to new graduates or those seeking professional experience in lieu of a formal degree.
