About Atria

Atria is a renowned international software development company that specializes in creating and supporting the Atria platform. This platform is utilized by IT Providers, Telco's, Systems Integrators, and Enterprises to automate IT processes and enhance business efficiency.

Atria seamlessly integrates with various IT systems and technologies, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Citrix, and RDS. By leveraging Atria, service desks can efficiently handle more tickets without escalation or administrative rights, and customers can accomplish more without submitting tickets.

Atria's primary objective is to alleviate the burden on skilled engineering resources, improve support response times, reduce business risk, enhance quality, and ensure accurate billing.

Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and capable Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in a customer-facing role. This position will involve working with a subset of our customers to help them achieve more with Atria.

We value candidates who possess a strong passion for working with people, are outgoing, and comfortable communicating via phone. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and associated systems, as well as experience in IT Support.

Key qualifications include:

  • Foundational knowledge of Networking and Security
  • Experience with PowerShell/Scripting and IT Automation
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
Responsibilities

As a Senior Systems Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with a set of key Atria customers to provide hands-on support and identify opportunities for Atria to enhance their automation levels
  • Building relationships with Engineering staff within our customers
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with Atria and integrated platforms
  • Collaborating with a distributed team to ensure our customers receive exceptional support
Requirements
