Position: Examinations Support Associate

Location: Various Campuses

Compensation: Hourly Rate £13.20

Working Hours: Up to 30 hours per week – Contract duration until specified end date

Role Overview:

The Bedford College Group is currently in search of an Examinations Support Associate to oversee the administration of assessments in compliance with regulatory standards across multiple campuses.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal applicants will possess:

  • Qualifications in English and Maths at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent, or a commitment to attain Literacy and Numeracy Level 2 or equivalent
  • Proven experience in engaging effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Familiarity with established procedures and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Teams
  • A consistent ability to foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for students and/or clients
  • A commitment to ensuring a high-quality experience for all students
  • Strong face-to-face communication skills
  • Background in an educational setting
  • Understanding of the responsibilities and requirements of an invigilator
  • Willingness to travel to various locations

Interviews will be conducted on a specified date.

Understanding the Associate Role:
 Associates engage on a temporary basis, providing instructional or support services while collaborating with core staff. An Associate agreement will be issued, allowing participation in available assignments. Typically, these agreements span from January to December and may be renewed.
