Position Overview

As a Logistics Support Associate, you will play a vital role in assisting our drivers in the delivery of beverages to various establishments, including pubs, clubs, bars, and restaurants throughout the country. Each day will present unique challenges and opportunities for engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with our drivers to ensure timely and accurate transportation of products.
  • Performing various tasks such as navigating routes, assisting with loading and unloading, supporting with complex manoeuvres, and managing delivery documentation.
  • Upholding safety as the highest priority while maintaining a professional and approachable attitude towards customers.
  • Operating from one of our strategically located regional depots, equipped with excellent road access and parking facilities.
  • Engaging with customers to verify delivery orders, ensuring accuracy, addressing any inquiries, and resolving issues like missing items.
