Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Blakemore Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for achieving consistently high levels of 'On-Time In-Full' delivery of customer orders through efficient and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Management: Achieve targeted levels of customer service and cost management.
- Operational Procedures: Deploy and develop operating procedures as needed.
- Leadership: Lead shift managers and team leaders to ensure staff are competent, well-managed, and motivated to perform at their best.
- Safety and Security: Adhere to safety standards and report any matters for investigation.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain warehouse and site security.
- People Management: Apply the Blakemore Way in people management approach.
- Staff Performance: Review staff performance and potential to develop competence and support succession planning.
- Compliance: Comply with legal and company policies for H&S, Environment, Employment, and Data Protection.
- DC Development: Support the overall development of the DC in areas such as operating budgets, cost management, KPIs, etc.

- Experience: Minimum three years warehouse management experience.
