Position Overview

As a Logistics Support Associate, you will play a vital role in our operations by working closely with our drivers to ensure the timely delivery of our beverages to various establishments, including pubs, clubs, bars, and restaurants. Each day presents unique challenges and opportunities for engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with drivers to facilitate the transportation of beverages across the country.
  • Assisting with various tasks such as navigating routes, loading and unloading products, and managing necessary documentation.
  • Upholding safety standards and maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Operating from one of our strategically located regional depots, equipped with excellent road access and parking facilities.
  • Engaging with customers to confirm delivery orders, ensuring accuracy, addressing any concerns, and resolving issues related to missing items.
