Job Summary:

Quest Employment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to dedicated customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administer bookings, stock, and queries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Raise delivery paperwork on the company's in-house system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Greet customers, visitors, and drivers upon arrival at the site, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Answer the main telephone number and direct calls as appropriate, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Check and organize the return of delivery paperwork from drivers, ensuring prompt and accurate processing.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficient in using in-house systems and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
