Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at Chartwells - Independent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations, maintaining high standards of quality, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock.
  • Coordinate and oversee the receipt and processing of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the overall quality of our operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
