**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Director, IT Operations (International) to join our IT Operations team. This role will act as a primary point of contact for IT Service Desk Operations and support a broad range of technology, including business applications, computing devices, network connectivity, and equipment related to delivering IT services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee and mentor staff under the International IT Operations team to ensure efficient and effective operations and excellent customer service.
  • Execute Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes and controls as defined by the Vice President of IT to ensure high customer satisfaction and meet business objectives, including Change management, incident management, and problem management.
  • Establish and maintain regular communications with department leaders and end-users regarding pertinent IT activities.
  • Report on IT Service Desk metrics and manage performance goals.
  • Develop, communicate, and enforce company IT policies, standards, and procedures to the International IT Operations team to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Produce clear expectations and set performance goals for each direct report.
  • Identify and remediate operational inefficiencies within the IT Operations International Team.
  • Coordinate efforts with vendors in supporting and implementing resolution of hardware, network, or application issues.
  • Responsible for procurement, installation, and life-cycle maintenance of IT client hardware and software. Accountable for inventory maintenance and software license management.
  • Monitor security compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive Information Technology and leadership experience.
  • Working knowledge of IT support processes and procedures, including: incident management, problem management, and change management.
  • Strong understanding of software installation, configuration, and usage processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in building rapport with co-workers and engaging team members.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a variety of professionals while also working independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented and productive without compromising quality.
