About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team at Kenyon International Emergency Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing and implementing commercial strategies to accelerate our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify commercial opportunities and create detailed business plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive revenue growth
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results and meet targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to develop and implement commercial strategies
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and adapt to changing circumstances to ensure business success
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management, with a strong background in sales and business development
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing commercial teams to deliver results
  • Experience working with various departments to develop and implement commercial strategies
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally, as required
