Job Summary

MSX International is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Honda Warranty team, you will play a critical role in coordinating warranty support activities throughout the European region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line support for factories and responsible markets, ensuring timely and effective warranty resolution.
  • Implement new initiatives and improve existing processes within the Pan-E warranty functions, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Support ongoing improvements within warranty operations, including policy change activities and monthly warranty data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain internal reports on warranty performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the European warranty operations team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage day-to-day support for incoming warranty enquiries across the region, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Set up import vehicles for warranty system processing, facilitating claim handling and resolution.
  • Process month-end invoices between factories and Head Office, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Support the creation of draft bulletins and policy manual updates, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Liaise with the MSXI UK Programme Manager to propose improvements and best practices, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Dealer Franchise or OEM warranty background with demonstrable warranty operations experience.
  • Understanding of Automotive Aftersales business operations and the warranty concept and process.
  • Excellent customer experience skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and resolution.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work to set processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in PC software packages, including report generation and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
  • A genuine interest in working with people from diverse organizations and cultures.
