ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: The ideal candidate for the Regional Sales Executive position will possess a background in the medical or healthcare sector, particularly with experience in wound care products or sales to secondary care providers. This role entails promoting high-quality wound care solutions based on their clinical advantages. Collaboration with a broader team is essential to foster business development throughout the designated region. Effective positioning of therapy products is vital for sales success, and the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating business opportunities across relevant sectors in alignment with regional and national sales objectives. Typical interactions will involve Tissue Viability Nurses, District Nurses, Community Pharmacists, and Medicines Management teams.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

· A professional, motivated, resilient, and passionate sales representative in the wound care sector.

· A dedicated and professional medical sales representative with experience engaging similar stakeholders within the community.

· Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently to meet clients.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

Base Salary: £35,000-42,000

Bonus: £10K+ OTE

Vehicle: Company car provided

Benefits: Healthcare coverage, pension plan, mobile device, laptop, 25 days of annual leave plus statutory holidays
