About the Position
The Regional Commercial Enablement Manager plays a vital role within the European Pricing and Commercial Analytics team. Reporting directly to the Pricing and Revenue Manager for the region, this position is dedicated to enhancing the implementation and adherence to global operational standards within the regional commercial framework.
- Collaborate closely with Business System Specialists to ensure that regional requirements are effectively documented
- Promote the execution and adherence to global operational standards, ensuring uniformity across all countries
- Assess and enhance the return on investment for established initiatives (usage metrics, process efficiency targets)
- Lead change management efforts within the Regional Management Team and the region – initiating and modifying activations as necessary
- Foster continuous improvement of key performance indicators in partnership with regional management teams
- Ensure the development and management of competencies for all regional users
- Maintain proficiency in global business processes and systems (CRM, CPQ, PBI, etc.) to support local operations
- Contribute to the strategic planning of business systems roadmaps
Who You Are
- Possess a strong commercial acumen and extensive commercial experience
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities
- Hold a University Degree
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of cultivating business relationships at various levels and driving organizational change
- Maintain a customer-centric approach
- Results-oriented with a focus on process efficiency
- Proficient in English; additional European languages are advantageous
