We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Renault Truck Commercials Ltd. as a Van Sales Executive - Portfolio Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer of commercial vehicles and to contribute to the success of our business.
Main Responsibilities- To sell the complete range of Renault Vans products and services, including the Total Solutions approach, to exceed the levels detailed in the annual sales plan for your allocated territory.
- To actively prospect for new business, both with existing and new customers, and to maintain relationships with existing customers.
- To work effectively with the customer management system and maintain regular updates of data.
- To provide accurate and financially sound quotations to customers, taking into consideration their requirements.
- To meet with key internal contacts for regular business review meetings to formulate territory plans and exchange relevant information.
- To attend and support customer events as and when required, including events outside of normal working hours, to maximise opportunities for profitable growth.
- To maintain regular contact and working relationships with key stakeholders, including Aftermarket and Sales Directors, Dealerpoint Managers, Representatives of the Market Company, Statutory, Legislative and Industry Bodies, Retail and Trade Customers, Fleet and Business Operators, and Suppliers.
- Proven sales experience in the LCV/Van industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Drive for results and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Professional presentation skills and ability to work effectively with customers at all levels.
- Proven experience in sales and customer-facing roles.
- Strong knowledge of the LCV/Van industry and market trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
