Job Overview

VMA GROUP, a leading international recruitment and executive search specialist, is seeking a seasoned B2B Marketing Expert to join our growing business. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and executing long-term marketing plans that align with our regional sales and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue increase.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their expertise in CRM and digital marketing tools.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience to ensure alignment with regional sales and growth plans.
  • Contribute to the development of best-in-class campaigns based on customer insight and data-driven decision making.
  • Measure and report on marketing success, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI) from all marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of customer insight and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various audiences and marketing channels.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to identify critical business issues, with a strong understanding of sales plans, campaign planning, retention, cross-sell, and acquisition.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and develop marketing professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a 'can-do' attitude and a positive mindset.
