About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Connells Group HQ. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and business plans to ensure the team is meeting its targets and contributing to the overall success of the business.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and support, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members to ensure the team has the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams in a sales or estate agency environment.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of the estate agency and property services industry, including market trends and best practices.
