About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Manager to join our team at Frasers Group.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of exhibitions and large-scale conferences.
  • Key responsibilities will include:
  • Event Planning:
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to plan and deliver successful events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Event Execution:
  • Oversee the setup and execution of events, ensuring that all details are attended to.
  • Manage event staff and vendors to ensure a seamless event experience.
  • Post-Event:
  • Collect feedback from clients and attendees to identify areas for improvement.
  • Use this feedback to refine event planning and execution processes.
  • Business Development:
  • Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Communication:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Administrative:
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure timely payment to vendors.
  • Professional Development:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event management, preferably in an exhibition environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal office hours and cover event days.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
