Our client is a forward-thinking and innovative insolvency firm that is experiencing rapid growth and is currently seeking a Client Services Administrator to enhance their team.

We are in search of candidates who are intelligent, driven, and most importantly, can embody the values of the organization – thinking outside the box, being approachable, and delivering exceptional service consistently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting correspondence and statutory documentation
  • Monitoring and updating case schedules to ensure compliance with all statutory and internal deadlines
  • Producing precise file notes based on bank statements and other investigations
  • Preparing regular case reviews and maintaining organized files
  • Communicating with creditors, debtors, and directors
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
  • Drafting standard documents and letters
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Utilizing internal databases and systems to accurately document information
  • Providing administrative assistance to the wider team
The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team; a proactive attitude is essential.

Our client provides structured training opportunities, both internally and through industry accreditation.

Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (37.5 hours/week), with options for hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
