ANGLIA DNA is a real success story and has seen rapid growth, which is set to continue under the leadership of its’ dynamic owner. The company provides a variety of medical tests from DNA samples, including parentage, drugs, alcohol, disease and many others. We are a small flexible team which has recently expanded to the extent that we now need more Client Service Administrators for our clients.
The Client Service Administration role provides first line support to our Client Services Department and Collections Officers. You would be providing our clients with quotations for services required and completing order forms on our bespoke customer management system. Accurately checking requirements fully and acknowledging new instructions, completing and sending follow up letters and reports ensuring quality checks are completed. Preparing and sending sampling kits to our samplers and private clients, and assured peace of mind kits and reports.
We would like you to have at least one years experience in a busy office with a confident telephone manner, good Microsoft Office skills, a fast learner and not adverse to making passive sales calls. You will need good communication skills, be organised, self-motivated and thorough. Ability to drive is essential due to our location near Badersfield.
Hours are 40 hours per week worked in the office Monday to Friday 8:30am - 17:00pm. Once a week 9:30am - 18:00pm and a Saturday once a month 8:30am - 12:30pm when fully trained.
