Position: Property Management Administrator

Location: Battersea

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Salary Range: £30,500 - £34,000

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to join our team at Abbatt Property Recruitment. This role is essential in supporting our Residential Lead and collaborating with Property Managers to ensure a high standard of service for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the property management team.
  • Document meeting minutes accurately.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately or taking messages as necessary.
  • Respond to resident inquiries promptly via phone and email.
  • Prepare and distribute communications and newsletters for residents.
  • Maintain a logbook of contractors and site visitors.
  • Coordinate and attend site visits for contractors and residents.
  • Follow up on logged maintenance requests and contractor reports.
  • Manage lease-related administrative tasks, including alterations and pet requests.
  • Monitor and address feedback on the Resident's App.
  • Assist with logging insurance claims and liaising with contractors.
  • Support the planning and execution of resident events.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials.
  • Log maintenance inquiries and forward them to the maintenance team.
  • Guide the concierge team and document procedures.
  • Co-manage the help desk email account.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role within the property sector.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
