Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Administrator to join our team at Findlay Property. As a key member of our Lettings & Property Management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of properties, including coordinating viewings and maintaining accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with contractors, tenants, and landlords to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues
- Conduct property inspections and identify necessary refurbishment or repair works
- Support the marketing of properties and assist with the coordination of viewings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property transactions and client interactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is desirable, but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- High level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in computer software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
- A full-time permanent contract with opportunities for growth and development within the company
- A supportive and dynamic work environment, with a team-oriented approach to achieving business goals
