Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and professional Luxury Property Concierge to join our team at Property Management Recruitment. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents and guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Greet residents and guests professionally and courteously, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of residents and guests, proactively addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Verify all visitors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring the security and safety of our residents and property.
  • Maintain a secure and safe environment by conducting regular security checks, monitoring CCTV systems, and reporting any incidents or concerns.
  • Carry out regular building checks and report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant authorities.
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures, reporting any incidents or concerns to the relevant authorities.
  • Ensure the communal areas are clean, tidy, and presentable, maintaining a high level of standards and presentation.
  • Report any incidents, problems, or complaints to the relevant manager promptly, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
  • Deal with guest/resident concerns or complaints, providing a high level of customer service and resolution.
  • Complete operational reports and handovers, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of any operational issues.
  • Assist with move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for residents.

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential or 5-star hotel management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Reliable and timekeeping, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Immaculate presentation, with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and colleagues.
  • Experience in the highest level of customer service, with a proven ability to anticipate and meet the needs of residents and guests.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
