About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Residential Concierge to join our team at Abbatt Property Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our high-end residential development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet residents, guests, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist residents with their queries and concerns, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure the security and safety of residents and the building at all times, including monitoring CCTV and managing car parking facilities.
  • Communicate effectively with leaseholders, managing agents, and other stakeholders, providing a professional and personable service.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the building, reporting any faults or security breaches to the Building Manager.
  • Perform weekly fire alarm, lift alarm, and other regulatory tests and inspections, logging and reporting any issues.
  • Issue keys to authorized personnel, recording all key signings and issuances.
  • Manage deliveries and parcels, ensuring they are safely stored and distributed to residents.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a residential or property management role, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of fire, health, and safety regulations, as well as security protocols.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the development.
