Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents and guests with a professional and sincere welcome, ensuring a smooth transition into the reception area.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of welcoming service, holding doors for guests, assisting with luggage, calling for taxis, and providing directions.
  • Deliver unparalleled levels of service in an intuitive and bespoke manner, serving as an ambassador for the development.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Answer questions and assist clients with reasonable requests, providing fast, efficient, and friendly service to all residents.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible, confident, and approachable
  • Previous experience within a luxury, fast-paced environment
  • Full Clean UK or EU driving license, held for more than 2 years, over the age of 25 for insurance purposes

Working Arrangements:

  • 4 on, 4 off; 7am - 7pm
  • Time on shift will be split between the main external entrance door and inside the development, running errands and assisting the Concierge team

Salary: £30,000-£31,700 per annum, depending on experience
