Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to enhance our operations and ensure customer satisfaction at our branch.
Working Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with rotational Saturdays.
Role Responsibilities
The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for all service and vehicle repair clients. We are looking for a personable and articulate individual who can deliver outstanding service, regardless of the day of the week.
This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in customer service who thrives on exceeding customer expectations and achieving positive results.
Key Responsibilities

  • Addressing all customer inquiries regarding service and vehicle repairs in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Collaborating with the workshop and bodyshop to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Managing all computer-based tasks, including purchasing and invoicing, to safeguard the financial interests of both the customer and the company.
  • Informing customers of any identified issues or necessary repairs and providing clear, accurate solutions.
  • Handling dissatisfied customers with empathy and understanding, assuring them that their concerns will be addressed.
  • Accurately maintaining customer records, including vehicle details and service histories.
  • Staying informed about aftersales products and services, with an emphasis on upselling when appropriate.
  • Ensuring the customer database is consistently updated and accurate.

Essential Qualifications
  • A strong commitment to excellent customer service, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with IT systems and applications.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills, with the capability to convey complex information clearly to customers.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively schedule work, balancing customer needs with workshop capacity.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to adhere to established processes and guidelines.
  • Solid administrative skills to accurately capture customer information.
  • A valid UK driving license.

  • Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
